Wonderful November!

Here is just a small snapshot of all of the fantastic learning that has taken place this month. We had a very exciting visit from the PSNI where we learned about safe cycling. The policewoman taught us about the importance of wearing a helmet and reflective clothing. We have been working on washing our hands properly to avoid getting sick from germs. In H.E. we have been doing healthy eating with Miss Lowry but we also made chocolate dipped flake meal biscuits as a special treat!

Marvellous October!

This month we had lots of spooky Halloween fun. We enjoyed a disco, pumpkin carving, Halloween crafts and more. We have been working really hard at our Autumn themed activities and we have been talking about the differences between the seasons in Northern Ireland. We have also been learning about hibernation and migration.  We have learned basic first aid and many more important skills!

We have had a wonderful month of fun and learning. We have been making new friends and enjoying fun in the sun. We have also been doing lots of lovely topic work. The boys and girls have settled into their class so well. Especially our year 8s who are brand new to the secondary department.  Check out our photos!
