Welcome to the Nursery Department! 

In Nursery our children are supported by myself, Ria and Jodi, and together we aim to create a caring, loving and, most importantly fun environment where every child can flourish. We believe that when children feel safe, valued and happy, they are empowered to explore, communicate and learn. 

Our classroom is a child-led environment, where learning is encouraged through exploration, curiosity and fun. We support our pupils to develop their communication, language and understanding of the world around them.  We continuously provide opportunities for the children to express themselves, build relationships and discover new experiences at their own pace.

We follow the Equals Curriculum and provide a multi-sensory rich, play-based learning day, where children can explore their senses, develop their understanding of emotions and learn through meaningful hands on experiences. We ensure learning is accessible for all of our pupils and that it is tailored to meet their individual needs, strengths and interests. 

We are so excited for the year ahead and can't wait to share all of the wonderful, exciting things our Nursery Department get up to this year!
